About Pilates

Pilates is a long-standing exercise form developed by Joseph Pilates in 1908. Pilates works well with physiotherapy using mindful movement to help the body’s stabilizing muscles function easily and its large movement muscles work more efficiently. This balances the muscular system to avoid tight and overactive muscles. Individual sessions ensure that the right exercises are done for your body and for you to get the most out of an exercise session. Pilates can be used with any population, and we have equipment and props to make any exercise as difficult or easy as it needs to be
